I wanted to drop you this quick note and thank you for your help with our project next to the Dallas Cowboy Stadium here in Texas.

It has been a very large undertaking with complicated risk management and insurance need; which you company has more than addressed.

What I found to most surprising was that you didn’t approach us to just sell insurance. Instead you assisted and guided us to the negotiation of our agreements, made all necessary presentations, and quite frankly, helped us secure our financing. And all the while you saved us tens of millions of dollars.

You called it “Credit Enhancement Insurance” which neither I, now any of my associates had ever seen so completely and fluidly executed before. I would like to make clear the weight of my last statement considering the size, scope, and number of extremely talented and knowledgeable people involved in our undertaking. Wow!

I am still very surprised that an insurance broker would do so much for a client. Also, I have met very few people who know nearly as much as you do with respect to finance, insurance. and structuring/framing deals, as well as knowing exactly how to combine the different aspects in a concise and understandable manner to drive through out collectively desired results. You have proven that not all problems require large sums of money to resolve, but rather large sums of knowledge and expertise in one resource… you.

I would recommend you and your company to anyone for their insurance and risk management needs, large or small.
