Group Health & Benefits Account Manager

GDI Insurance Agency, Inc. is looking for an experienced Group Health and Benefits Account Manager.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

An ideal candidate possesses a Life and Health insurance license and a minimum of 2-5+ years’ experience working with Group Benefits in an agency/brokerage.  Additionally, a working knowledge of Applied Systems EPIC, Employee Navigator and other Rating and Management systems are a plus!

PARTIAL LIST OF JOB DUTIES / EXPECTATIONS:

  • Manage Client Accounts and Programs
  • Structure and Implement Employee Benefit Programs
  • Maintain professional level of communication and rapport with both clients and carrier representatives.
  • Support the success of both GDI and its clients through prompt and effective customer service.

Position reports to GDI’s Operations Manager.
